By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only when Rainbow Mountain Travel & Tours sends a written confirmation email and the required deposit has been received. We reserve the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the specified timeframe. By making a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the departure date. Rainbow Mountain Travel & Tours accepts credit cards, bank transfers, and local payment methods. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure: full refund minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before departure: no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, security concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide an equivalent alternative. No refund will be provided for itinerary changes resulting from force majeure events.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in their chosen tour. High-altitude destinations may pose health risks. We recommend consulting a physician before booking mountain tours. Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions must inform Rainbow Mountain Travel & Tours at the time of booking.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings and is mandatory for tours rated 'Challenging' or involving high-altitude trekking above 4,000m. Insurance should cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and trip cancellation. We are not liable for any costs that would have been covered by travel insurance.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We are not responsible for losses arising from delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties including airlines, hotels, or government authorities.
All content on the Rainbow Mountain Travel & Tours website — including text, images, logos, and itineraries — is the property of Rainbow Mountain Travel & Tours and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
