Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a 5% processing fee. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Each package clearly lists its inclusions and exclusions on the package detail page. Generally, packages include accommodation, guide, transport, and listed meals. International flights are typically excluded.

We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips, and it is mandatory for the Northern Lights Trek and any high-altitude packages. Insurance should cover emergency evacuation, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, and EasyPaisa/JazzCash for local payments. We also offer installment plans for packages over $500.

Absolutely! Many of our travelers are solo adventurers. We have dedicated solo pricing and can connect you with other solo travelers to form small groups, helping reduce costs.

Our blog has a detailed packing guide, but essentials include: layers for cold weather, waterproof jacket, sturdy hiking shoes, sunscreen, personal medications, and a power bank. We send a detailed packing list upon booking.

We rate our treks from Easy (Naltar, Rama Meadows, Khunjerab drive) to Moderate (Hunza, Skardu) to Challenging (Fairy Meadows, Nanga Parbat BC, Yasin Rainbow Expedition). Each package description indicates the fitness level required.

Yes! Groups of 4+ people receive automatic discounts as shown in the pricing tiers on each package. Corporate groups and educational institutions can contact us for further negotiated rates.
